Your protection includes Out-of-Warranty malfunctions (after the manufacturer's warranty expires), and Accidental physical and Liquid Damage. Mobile Protection Plan Plus featuring AppleCare Services includes protection for Lost, Stolen, Accidental Physical, Liquid Damage, and Warranty Malfunctions.

HOW IT WORKS

 

If your mobile device malfunctions or is accidentally damaged (MPP+ and MPP+ featuring AppleCare Services also protects lost and stolen), you can file a Service Request by calling 1-855-562-1955 or go online within 60 days of incident. Once your request is approved, pay the applicable processing fee based on your plan and fulfillment choice of repair or replacement. You'll be up and running in no time with the ability to repair or replace your device, dependent on the incident and your plan.
