As a Sales Manager at WIRELESSWAVE, one of my main responsibilities is to help customers by finding the best wireless solution to match their needs and support my team to achieve this as well. To ensure I start each day with high energy and a positive attitude I like to arrive at the store early, turn up the volume on my favorite playlist and prep for the day ahead. Updating all the pricing and promotions, reviewing sales targets and making note of any changes to share with the team. During any down time throughout the day there is ongoing training and coaching. Having team discussions about current offers to provide the best experience for our customers.

As a Sales Manager at WIRELESSWAVE, my primary responsibility is finding the best solutions for customers' needs. Beyond making sales and interacting with customers on a daily basis, I am also responsible for my team's performance. I coach my team members and develop their sales strategies by identifying their strengths and weaknesses and providing mentorship where needed. I also communicate and coordinate with other team managers in my district to make sure we win as a team.
Interacting with many different personalities on a daily basis has made me more confident as a person overall. I'm not only selling a product to a customer, but also getting to know them on a personal level. Each customer has their own story and my job gives me a platform to learn more about them and to broaden my social network.
Working at WIRELESSWAVE for 6 years has made a tremendous impact on me professionally by providing me with an opportunity to grow and advance my career in sales. Not only was I able to develop from a Sales Associate to a Sales Manager, but I also refined many leadership skills while working my way up. For instance, I am conditioned to develop strong time management and communication skills in order to be a strong and reliable leader for my team. My starting position as a Sales Associate helped me empathize with my team members to understand what they look for and need from a leader now as a Sales Manager.
I would say to a potential candidate that working at WIRELESSWAVE opens up many doors for you to not only make money, but also develop basic life skills. You learn how to problem solve, be a team player, and it is a great starting point for anyone who aspires to be in sales. It’s never a dull moment at WIRELESSWAVE! I start off each day by checking emails, this is to help familiarize myself with all of the new promotions that I can offer to potential buyers. After this I’m reaching out and following up with my customers. It’s also always important to take some time and connect with your co-workers. In any down time, I’m teaching myself about new products and plans to ensure I’m always offering my clients the best products and services.
